What an awesome experience!! After having been denied from 4 other companies, I was referred to Jim at Goldman Capital. I was told that he will go above and beyond to get me an approval for my construction loan. Above and beyond is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Within the first week, Jim presented me with 3 offers from banks across the U.S! He literally helped me every step of the way with organizing my paperwork, continuously behind ahead of the game, compiling docs, and updating me throughout the process. Jim was warned that this loan would be difficult but that did not stop him. We have officially broken ground on our project thanks to Jim closing our construction loan. Highly recommended! I was lucky enough to be referred to Jim Tousif from my accountant during this COVID-19 CRISIS. I had reached out to Chase Bank to try and talk to my normal day to day business banker but due to my branch being closed and all of the Chase small business owners applying I was sent an email saying Chase Bank would contact me in the future. Luckily I was also having a meeting with my accountant about the seriousness of this crisis. I was given Jim's number and email and within 1 day he was in contact with me preparing me to fill out he PPP application and sent me the link.
